EXPO FLOR ECUADOR 2024 REGISTRATION POLICY

All attendees to Expo Flor Ecuador 2024 must register online at www.florecuador.com

Each registration form that details “Flower Buyer” as its primary business will be subject to review and subsequent classification and final approval by a team from the Fair Commission.

Each registered attendee will be classified as a “Visitor” or as a “Flower Buyer”. “Visitor” attendees must purchase tickets to enter the event. “Flower Buyer” attendees are the only ones who have free access to the Expo, as long as they have registered online until Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024.

All attendees who have not registered online at www.florecuador.com until Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, must purchase tickets to enter Expo Flor Ecuador 2024.

Distributors, Brokers, Intermediaries, Airlines, Freight Forwarders, as well as Flower Producers, Product or Service Providers, and Others, will be classified as “Visitors”, and must purchase tickets to enter Expo Flor Ecuador 2024.

Attendees who wish to appeal to the “Visitor” classification must write a letter addressed to the EXPOFLORES Fair Commission, attaching references and invoices from their main Ecuadorian flower suppliers.

Exhibitors participating in Expo Flor Ecuador 2024 have the option to assign “Guest” passes. These passes apply one per person, and are valid for one day only. Attendees with a “Guest” pass, who wish to attend the Expo for more days, must purchase tickets for the additional days.

Ticket prices: One-day pass, $150 US Dollars. Three-day pass, $300 US Dollars. You can purchase your tickets after completing your registration form through a payment link, or at the registration counter during the Expo.
